Processing Time

All orders placed before 3:00 PM CT will be processed the same day, unless otherwise noted on the product description. (i.e. Personalized Items) All orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will be processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST and holidays. 

All orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) or major holidays will be processed on the following available business day.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available for customers within 10 miles of the Greater New Orleans area. Please select "Delivery" as the Shipping option. Please note that deliveries are only offered on calendar “Delivery” Days. Our team will contact you after your order has been fulfilled in order to schedule your delivery.

Local Pick-up

Scheduled Pick-ups are available to customers. Please select “Local Pick-up” as the Shipping option. Please note that deliveries are only offered on calendar “Scheduled Pick-up” Days. All local pick-ups will be set up via e-mail by our team. Our team will contact you after your order has been fulfilled.

Missing Shipping Information

 Incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Seaux & Seaux THE Curvy Boutique, LLC is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Seaux & Seaux THE Curvy Boutique, LLC has the right to charge an additional fee for any re-shipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered, but not guaranteed.

RETURNS

Oh no! Weren’t satisfied with your order? — At this time, refunds are not available, but Seaux & Seaux will issue a Store Credit for your properly returned items.

Please e-mail our store at seauxandseaux@gmail.com with your ‘Return Form’ request and a form will be sent to you within 24 hours of your initial request.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must remain unworn/unwashed.
  • The item(s) must be in original packaging.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item(s).
  • Please leave any tags attached to item(s), or include with item(s) when returning.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless we were at fault by error.
  • We are not responsible for damaged items received via shipping. You will have to contact USPS.
  • ALL items must be returned with a printed and filled out Return Form.
